Break In
Not much has been happening here the past few days. Mike had his sister and her husband and their newborn baby girl stay for 2 nights. I didn't want to come on the computer because it's in the room they were staying in. I didn't want them to feel uncomfortable with me in the same room with all their luggage and then they in another room hanging out with the baby.
Our old apartment on blackmarsh road was broken into on the 24th. I know the lady that lives there now. She works with me. She said they stole her TV, laptop, computer, her son's PS2 and electric guitar(worth 600.00 alone), wallets, money etc. Everything with value was gone. Even her smokes were missing. Then the ransacked the place, put holes in the wall and everything.
She thinks it's the group of guys that mow the lawns and paint and stuff, because the Landlord deals with troubled youth and they do "get work" programs with them and get them to do those kind of things. They were painting around her windows a few days ago. Her son's window blind doesn't close all the way and you can plainly see what he has in his room. So they have the police looking into it. She doesn't expect to see any of it again. She is now doing loads of overtime to try and get some extra money. Poor thing. I can't imagine what would happen if that was us still living there!

Money money money
Ah! What a day it's been.
Yesterday I went to Old Navy with Jenn. She wanted to go in and look around for some sales. I just went in not expecting to buy anything really. Jenn walks out empty handed and I walk out with a little over 80.00 in clothes! I bought this really neat button up shirt that is sooooo light. Just the right kind of clothes for me. I also bought some jeans, which I needed badly as I seem to go though them like .....like ....Disposable jeans?? lol all I'm trying to say is that I'm a bad one for pants. If it isn't holes in the corners of the arse pockets that go, then it's the crotch. And it's not like I go around doing the splits for kicks or anything, so I don't know how that always happens.
Then today I went to Michaels just to pick up some cool paper to finish Jenn's anniversary gift. 48.00 later........yeeeeaah.
I bought these cool scissors that cut in a pattern and they were on sale.....Ok, I DO need help, I'm becoming.....*gasp* crafty!!! And am developing a spending habit to match it. Man, crafts are damn expensive.
Last night I became sick, very queasy and I thought that maybe if I just got some food in me I'd be feeling alright. After one bite of a sandwich I made I knew that wasn't going to help. I felt so weird that even thinking about taking another bite made me feel like I wanted to throw up. The heat was really getting to me and I thought I had some kind of heat sickness. The weather channel only said it was like 22C but I tell ya, it was hotter!
Today was just as bad, and when I came home from Michaels I realized I had big huge red bloches all over the tops of my hands. I still have them now. My hands have swelled too. And when you squeeze my hand it tingles when you let go. My mom called them "sun spots" when I had this before. It also followed a sick feeling too, So I know it had to do with the heat and sun.
Anyways, I gotta go back to work soon, all this spending is taking a beating on my wallet.
Jenn and I went to see a movie on Friday as well. It was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I really enjoyed how they didn't keep everything exactly the same as the old one, but also didn't change too much. The Umpa Lumpas also didn't look half as scary as the orange skinned, green haired, baggy white pant dressed first ones.
Well that's it for tonight!
Good night all!

Day 7 of 7
So I lived through the 7 day stretch. Not without consequences tho. Yesterday mom called me and I almost did my full phone opening to her before I realize "Gee, it's taking me a long time to just say hello" lol I felt so stupid after that.
So I worked overtime on Monday through Wednesday and got 60.00 in certificates for Sobeys. I thought it was going to be Empire Theatre certificates, but it's all the same I guess. The company is trying more ways to get people to work overtime, I hear they are planning for something big!
I'm off now for 3 days and I have to work on Jenn's anniversary present. I can't say what it is because she reads this blog and will find out ;^)
It has been some hot here lately, also foggy, so it's very humid. By the time I get home from work all my clothes are wet with dampness that is in the air. I'm really not used to that and it just makes me feel overcome with heat. Not a nice feeling.
Also last night I found it hard to get to sleep. So hot I had no idea what to do, I actually thought about going to the bathroom and lying in the cool bathtub for the night. lol

Day 2 of 7
So I'm working 7 days in a row starting yesterday. But I'm not really going to complaine much because after that I got a 3 day weekend!! woohoo!
Also, each time you work overtime at work now from 6:00pm to 8:00pm you get a 20.00 gift certificate for the movies! so I going to work Monday through Thursday so I can may myself time and a half and get 80 bux worth of movie money!! double woohoo!
My allergies are very bad today, especially in my right eye. It's so itchy and I gave in to the itch. I have a wet cloth over it now, and I was lightly rubbing it earlier and when I stopped I noticed that my vision was blurred and I couldn't focus with my right eye. I asked Jenn to look at both my eyes and she said my right was was almost crossed while my left was normal. It went back to normal after a while, but I started to get a little freaked out because I thought it was going to stay that way.

Vibrations!!
Well I'm sitting here and my feet are vibrating from the music down stairs, it's so loud I can hear the metal casing that is around all the basement windows vibrate. I thought it was my computer at first. It's the same beat over and over BOOM BOOM, BO BA BOOM They must know I can almost pick out the words. It's so frickin loud, maybe I should stomp on the floor. But I doubt that would do anything.

New Monitor
Hey all!
I got myself a nice sweet new monitor!
Jenn and I went to Future Shop and got one. I know, I know, you're probably thinking why go there of all places? They work on commission and they try to sell you things you don't need. But the guy that helped us was very helpful and seemed to know a lot about monitors. So I got myself a flat screen! It's so bright and crisp and has NO GLARE what-so-ever! Which is so nice. The old box monitors at work have such a harsh glare it's crazy. I don't know what to do with the other monitor I have here now. It's not working and not even worth dirt. It's just sitting here on the bed next to this desk. I wonder if there is a place I can take it to recycle?? I should look up that up.
I just found out that the series
>Lost< is coming out on DVD as of September 6th 2005 and is going to cost 60.19
Guess who will be ordering it soon! Yours truly!
I love that show so much, and I know there are some episodes that I have missed.

How american am I?
I got this little quiz from an old blog read who has recently started up writing in her blog again, you can visit her site by clikcing on her name.....here ===>
Liss.
| You Are 33% American |
America: You don't love it or want to leave it. But you wouldn't mind giving it an extreme make over. On the 4th of July, you'll fly a freak flag instead... And give Uncle Sam a sucker punch! |

Movie
I had the day off today and was pretty much by myself. So I decided to go take in a movie. I checked the time of the bus arrival and got ready, I had to take the Rout 4 to get to the mall, but stupid me forgo that as soon as I left the house and was dead certain I had to take the 5. So I go to the bus stop across from the Irving gas station and the bus comes like 5 minutes early. Meanwhile I'm thinking "Boy, am I lucky I left early!" So I hop on and we start going down the road. I realized I was on the wrong bus route when it tuned left by Carmax. That's when the 2 routes go their separate directions. I thought this was odd and then realized what I had done. I knew that the only way I would catch the right bus now was if I got off #5 and ran up the road to the stop that route 4 takes. So I hop off and start walking....Really fast. Like those people that walk fast and call it a sport (Ha! A sport!) and I wait a few minutes and then hop on the right one. Leave it to me to screw things up. I then went to see War of the Worlds. It was great. My heart was beating fast even before the previews were over. I really enjoyed it. You know how much? Well I still had drink left at the end! And that NEVER happens with me!! I really didn't like the main characters son, he really needed a punch in the face and a leash put on him so he wouldn't stray to far. But noooooo. I just wanted to kick him lol. What an idiot. But the person who played him did good. There was An awful lot of good acting. I'm not a fan of Tom tho, he irkes me to no end. Over all it was a great movie, and I recommend everyone go see it!

Sorry for not updating earlier. No much is really happening here, just same old stuff. So warm here today, I think I'll just melt like an icecube.
