The weekend is here!
....But I guess it really depends on how you look at it. I'm off work now, so for me the weekend is now here :)
Some hot here today! I thought I was going to melt trying to get to work, I don't know why I thought today would be a good day for jeans, it really wasn't at all!

Wedding time
Went to a wedding on Saturday. One of my work friends had been planning it for ages now and the day finally came. Jenn and I got all dressed up and went to the church service - which I must say was quick and just right - and then on to the reception/supper.
At the end of the reception/supper we ran into some confusion. Outside of the city a lot of communities celebrate weddings differently. The people Jenn and I went with do it differently as well, they are not originally from the city. They explained that they go to the dinner and then everyone goes home to celebrate themselves and then goes to a dance later in the evening. So when supper was over we left to pick up another person and stayed at their house to drink and have some snacks. We then made it to the dance around 12:30 am and the whole thing was over with by 2am.
We missed the bouquet throwing and the main dance part, but that was ok I still had loads of fun.

Grassy Wetness
So As you can see, I have finally got around to updating this site. I have actually been working on this new design since June, I have been taking breaks in between working on it and then at the end I was having trouble with my FTP server so I couldn't upload the new design till 3 weeks after I was finished with it.
So sorry for the delay, I hate it myself when I go to a blog and it hasn't been updated for well over a month or two. I start to wonder at the end of it "Gosh, maybe this person is dead or something." Seriously! I have! many times.
I had to go to Wal-Mart today to pick up a few things, nothing major, just a few odds and ends that came out to around 30.00. They have so much school stuff all over the place now.Have I mentioned I love shopping for school supplies? I always have, even as a little kid. They had bookshelves there for 17.00 and I had to use all my strength to keep walking. I'm such an impulse buyer it's crazy! Where would I put another bookshelf to anyways?
I got the bus too the Stavanger Drive area, and I took one back as well. Even though it is basically walking distance now I didn't have my sunglasses with me and I didn't want to get too badly burned by being exposed to all hat sun.
I had a 5 minute wait for the bus back to my apartment and my legs were killing me! So I decided to sit down on a little hill right next to the stop. When the bus came by I got up and brushed my butt off and got on the bus. But while I was brushing I noticed that my butt was wet!"Noooooo" I thought "I got grassy wetness on my ass!" I was going to ask the lady that was getting on the bus before me if I had any stains but I thought that was just to weird. So I just hurried on and sat down as fast as possible.
